Our company has deep roots in the concrete industry. Founder Mike Decker has dedicated his entire career to this field. In 1996, he established his own concrete construction company, Decker Concrete, Inc., which focuses on residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.
In 2008, Mike and a small group of investors founded Advanced Precast Company (APC) in Dyersville, Iowa. APC specializes in producing concrete wall panels for warehouses, schools, and other large-scale buildings.
In 2018, APC launched its own ready-mix division to serve its production facility. By 2024, this division expanded to offer concrete and aggregate delivery services to the public in Eastern Iowa.
